Our Foundations
The Niagara Health System is fortunate to have the active fundraising support of seven hospital foundations. The newest member of our fundraising family is the Niagara Health System Foundation, established in 2004 to co-ordinate a Niagara-wide campaign to raise $40 million for new regional programs and a new St. Catharines community hospital to enhance the excellent care and treatment patients already receive.
The NHS Foundation is working closely with our six dedicated hospital foundations, which raise funds to purchase equipment and renovate our community hospitals. Niagara is fortunate to have an intensely-loyal donor group, and as our foundations grow, our organization benefits. Ultimately, the health of our community will be the greatest beneficiary of all.
